Resurrection of the Lord Parish

Have you ever started reading the Bible? The great stories that are in the first few books of scripture hold our attention and keep us committed to reading a bit every day. But things change quickly. When we start reading the books that contain the law we can lose steam quickly. We can forget that what we are reading all points to the new covenant that Jesus has made with us through His cross and resurrection. On November 18-19 Jeff Cavins will be in our parish to help us renew our love of the Eucharist and to help us to expand our understanding of the Sacred Scriptures. You do not want to miss this event… Registration is $25(scholarships available.) Friday night is from 7-9 and Saturday is 9-3 with lunch provided.
